Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Fully Booked is operated by Johnny Scullion, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information when you use Fully Booked websites, download resources, join my email list, purchase products or services, or otherwise interact with Fully Booked.

1. Information I collect

Depending on how you interact with Fully Booked, I may collect information including:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Information you provide when signing up for a resource or service

  • Information relating to products or services you purchase

  • Your marketing preferences

  • Technical information associated with your use of my websites or emails, where collected by the services I use

I only collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate Fully Booked and provide its products, resources and communications.

2. How I use your information

I may use your information to:

  • Deliver free guides, downloads or other resources you request

  • Provide products, memberships or services you purchase

  • Manage your account or membership

  • Respond to questions or support requests

  • Operate and improve Fully Booked

  • Maintain appropriate business and transaction records

  • Send marketing emails where I have the appropriate permission to do so

Where you specifically consent to email marketing, I may send you gigging tips, Fully Booked resources, updates and occasional offers.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in my marketing emails.

3. Lawful basis for using your information

Depending on why your information is being processed, I may rely on different lawful bases under UK data protection law.

These include:

Consent — where you have actively agreed to receive marketing communications.

Contract — where processing is necessary to provide something you have purchased or otherwise entered into an agreement for.

Legal obligation — where I need to retain or process information to comply with legal requirements.

Legitimate interests — where necessary for the reasonable operation, administration and improvement of Fully Booked, provided those interests do not override your rights and interests.

I do not treat your acceptance of this Privacy Policy as consent to receive marketing emails. Marketing consent is requested separately where required.

4. Email marketing

If you choose to receive marketing emails from Fully Booked, your details and marketing preferences may be stored and managed using MailerLite, my email marketing provider.

Marketing consent is optional.

Where consent is the basis for sending marketing emails, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily prevent me from sending non-marketing communications that are required to provide something you have requested or purchased.

The ICO requires electronic-mail marketing consent to involve a clear positive action and says businesses should retain records showing what someone consented to, when and how.

5. Third-party service providers

I use third-party services to operate Fully Booked.

These may include services for:

  • Email marketing and automation

  • Website and landing-page hosting

  • Payment processing

  • Membership and digital-product delivery

  • Analytics and business administration

These providers may process personal information on my behalf where necessary to provide their services.

I do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, I rely on the safeguards provided by those services and applicable data-protection requirements.

6. Payments

Payments for Fully Booked products or memberships may be processed by third-party payment or commerce platforms.

Payment information such as full card details is generally processed by the relevant payment provider rather than directly by me.

I may retain information about your purchase where necessary to provide your product or membership, provide support, maintain business records and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

7. How long I keep your information

I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including where necessary to meet legal, accounting or business requirements.

If you withdraw your marketing consent or unsubscribe, I may retain limited information necessary to record your preference and ensure that you are not inadvertently sent marketing communications again.

The ICO specifically identifies retention periods, or the criteria used to determine them, as information that should be covered by a privacy notice.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights relating to your personal information.

These can include the right to:

  • Request access to personal information I hold about you

  • Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected

  • Ask for your information to be deleted in certain circumstances

  • Ask for processing to be restricted in certain circumstances

  • Object to certain uses of your information

  • Request transfer of certain information where applicable

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are concerned about how your personal information has been handled.

9. Cookies and analytics

Fully Booked websites and the third-party services used to operate them may use cookies or similar technologies.

Some cookies may be necessary for a website or service to function. Others may be used for analytics or other purposes.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, appropriate consent should be obtained.

The ICO states that visitors should be informed about cookies and that non-essential cookies generally require user agreement.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Fully Booked, the services I use, or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
